Who is selling the lots?

Cypress Hills RV Park in conjunction with Cypress Hills Provincial Park Saskatchewan is leasing the lots. The Government of Saskatchewan has given Cypress Hills RV Park permission to develop, lease and maintain the lots. Blythman Agencies Ltd. will be handling the lease of the lots through their Maple Creek, Saskatchewan office. Blythman Agencies Ltd. has served southwest Saskatchewan for over 65 years.

What is included in my lease?

Your lot will be fully serviced with water, power, sewer and graveled parking pad.

How long is my lease?

The lease is for 10 years, which is the maximum number of years allowed by the provincial park.


What happens when my ten-year lease is over?

You will have first right of refusal and be offered a 10 year renewal lease for $30,000, making your total 20-year commitment $65,000, a $5,000 savings upon renewal.

How many lots are being developed in the future?

There are 25 lots in total – 10 are sold to date, leaving 15 available.

When does the park open for the season?

The park will be open from May 1st to October 1st of each year.


Will there be many trees on the property?

Trees will be cleared for the sole reason of making room for your RV. Each lot will feature the natural beauty of the park and our goal is to ensure the area is as undisturbed as possible.

What kind of R.V. can I have on my site?

RV’s must be a size and type compatible with other RV’s in the park. Pick-ups, campers, tent trailers and pop-up trailers are not permitted on or off a pick-up. All units must be self-contained. Vans are not permitted. Only class A and C motor homes, travel trailers and fifth wheels are permitted and all units must be a minimum of 21 feet in length. Cypress Hills RV Park reserves the right to approve or reject the type, size, age and condition of all trailers, motor homes or live-in vehicles.

How many RV's can I park on my lot?

One at a time. The lease can be held by two individuals and each can have a RV registered to the site, but only one trailer can be on the site at any given time.


How will I be billed for utilities?

Water, sewer, electricity and trash collection is furnished to each site by the resort and will be billed to the lease holder.

Can I make improvements to my site?

Yes. This will be your home away from home and we want you to make your retreat as enjoyable as possible. However, we require all site changes such as awnings, sheds, landscaping, decks etc., to be approved by management.
A copy of the architectural standards are available by contacting the office.

These improvements are to be made at the lessee's expense.

Can I build a fence?

Fences will not be permitted in the park.
